…. nearly 30 years of leadership experience. At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, he spent two decades driving innovation in surgical technologies, digital ecosystems, and robotics. With a background in sports psychology, he brought high-performance mental training to surgery and built a strong network of surgeons especially across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Marc has authored several surgical teaching books and is a well-known speaker. In 2023, he joined CONFIAS to help organizations leverage AI. He is the founder and Managing Director of TruVerity, focused on healthcare commercialization. Marc lives in Hamburg, Germany, with his family.

Marcus Heimann

…. over 25 years of experience in life sciences and healthcare. His career spans roles at Johnson & Johnson, Ansell Healthcare, and Laborie, where he drove growth across EMEA and APAC and led portfolios in MedTech, diagnostics, and surgical solutions.
Marcus specializes in portfolio management, brand strategy, and business development, leveraging digital transformation to navigate global markets and meet evolving customer expectations. He forges strong partnerships across logistics networks and commercial allies to accelerate market access and deliver real customer value. Marcus is the co-founder of TruVerity and lives with his family in Brussels, Belgium.
